KAYG is designed to help users estimate grocery totals before checkout by tracking manually entered grocery items, prices, budgets, and estimated taxes where applicable.

KAYG is intended as a budgeting and planning tool only.

2.Estimated Totals

KAYG provides estimated totals based on the information entered by the user.

Actual checkout totals may vary due to:

• Price changes
• Store promotions
• Coupons
• Loyalty programs
• Taxes
• Rounding
• Product substitutions
• Data entry errors
• Store-specific pricing policies

Users remain responsible for verifying pricing and purchases at checkout.

3.User Responsibilities

By using KAYG, you agree to:

• Enter information accurately
• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Keep your device secure
• Use the application responsibly

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the application.

4.Intellectual Property

Know As You Go (KAYG), its name, branding, logos, graphics, designs, software, and related content are the intellectual property of Sandra McKay, operating as WyckedWynds Media, unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5.Beta Features

KAYG is currently in active development.

Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed as the application evolves.

Users understand that beta versions may occasionally contain bugs or incomplete functionality.

6.Availability

While we strive to keep KAYG available and functioning reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the application will always operate without errors.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KAYG and WyckedWynds Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.

This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss resulting from pricing differences, budgeting decisions, or reliance on estimated grocery totals.

8.Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as KAYG grows and new features become available.

Continued use of the application after updates have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
